To respond its many functions a fluid for oleohydraulic circuit must present A viscosity which meets the requirements of all the system mechanisms (pumps, distributors, engines, etc.). A viscosity index high enough to reduce the variations due to the temperatures changes all along the operation. Antiwear properties to protect the mechanic parts. A high resistance to oxidation and corrosion as well as good demulsifiability. A low pour point. Anti-foam properties : in case of close mixture air-oil, the separation is quick, and does not build foam on the oil surface. MAIN PROPERTIES : The FLUID DRIVE HLP range is provided with all these properties. The base oils used present the following characteristics: good resistance to oxidation, low pour point, to ensure a good fluidity at cold temperatures, a natural viscosity index which allows a minimum viscosity variation in a wide temperatures range. Outstanding filtrability. These properties are improved with the addition of anticorrosive, antioxidant, antiwear additive package, pour point depressors and antifoaming additives. This is why each FLUID DRIVE grade pass the tests evaluating the essential properties of the fluids for hydraulic circuits.
