Mobilgear™ EP lubricants are a family of industrial extreme pressure gear lubricants. They are formulated with high quality mineral oils, which help reduce sludge formation, helping to increase oil service life. Mobilgear EP oils contain an additive system that gives high load carrying ability and protection against wear, plus protection against corrosion. Mobilgear EP oils have good water handling properties and can be used in either splash or circulating systems. Mobilgear EP gear oils are suitable for use wherever industrial gear oils are specified, and provide protection in applications where shock loading occurs.

BESLUX GEAR XPI-100 GEAR OIL PROVIDED WITH MICRO-PITTING PROTECTION DESCRIPTION BESLUX GEAR XPI-100 is a mineral oil intended for any type of gearboxes. It is provided with a special additive package to protect the gear teething from the “MICRO-PITTING” effect. APPLICATIONS BESLUX GEAR XPI-100 is intended for all the recently designed gearboxes under high loads. It BESLUX GEAR XPI-100 presents superior E.P. properties, very good antioxidant and antirust protection, anti-wear effect and low tendency to foaming as well as quick humidity separation and optimum filterability. MICRO-PITTING: The gear manufacturers identified a new source of wear: the Micro-Pitting or ‘Grey Flecking’ on the working side of the teeth. The source of such phenomenon seems to be based on the material surface micro-fatigue process. It depends directly on the new teething surface finish: from its thermo-metal hardening treatment to its final roughness. BESLUX GEAR XPI-100 special oil provided with Micro-Pitting protection can phenomenon and also avoid it. neutralize this PHYSICAL CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS can be used for all gearboxes, reducers or multipliers in heavy loaded equipment. Generally it will be used whenever a lubricant for industrial gears provided with E.P. properties is needed or whenever US STEEL 224, DIN 51517 CLP or Cincinnati Milacron standards are requested. This product is used in several industrial fields such as: wind turbines, metal industry, cement industry, plastic, paper and ceramic industry.
